BILLING

​All services are billed out on the 1st and 16th of the month, with payment for those services due within fifteen days of receipt of our statement.   Our billing will reflect the actual line count per project.

Pricing

​​​​We follow general transcription guidelines of 65 characters per line and do not charge for blank spaces or blank/partial lines.  We perform a character count at the end of each project and divide that count by 65 to get the number of lines actually transcribed.  Again, you are paying only for characters actually typed.  No hidden costs or fees.
