Wordwise Transcription is commited to maintaining the confidentiality of the information our clients entrust to us. Therefore, every client's data is kept in strict confidence:
- Under no circumstances do we share a client's data with any third party.
- During the course of the services we provide to you and/or your company, we may obtain nonpublic, personal information about you and/or your clients. We do not disclose any of this information to anyone outside our company except as may be requested by the client.
- Except as requested by the client, all documents are deleted from our computers within one week after the final document is transmitted.
- Each transcriptionist working for our company is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement indicating that all information will be kept in strict confidence.
- At your request, we will sign a Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement provided by your company.
