Our services are extremely cost-effective.  You pay only for the information transcribed from your voice file, regardless of how lengthy it is or the time involved in transcribing it.  You do not pay for interruptions such as telephone calls, photocopying, or other typical office tasks.

Our rate is simple:

                  12¢ per line of transcribed material
               (That's less than a penny per word!)

We follow general transcription guidelines of 65 characters per line and do not charge for blank spaces or blank/partial lines.  We perform a character count at the end of each project and divide that count by 65 to get the number of lines actually transcribed.  Again, you are paying only for characters actually typed.  No hidden costs or fees.

All transcribed material of 30 double-spaced pages or less is returned within 24 hours of our receipt of your voice files or cassettes.

PRIORITY SERVICE / WEEKEND RATES
We provide a "stat" service at a rate of 15¢ per line on projects that are requested to be moved to the top of the work queue, be completed immediately or in less than 12 hours.  We charge this same rate for any transcription requested to be completed on a Saturday.

BILLING
All services are billed out on the 1st and 16th of the month, with payment for those services due within fifteen days of receipt of our statement.   Our billing will reflect the actual line count per project.

For our clients' convenience, we accept:

• Overtime hours
• Hiring additional staff
• Training
• Holiday/Sick Pay
• Taxes
• Extra office equipment
